This is the great resistance band set for getting in shape and can be used at home! I really like the bands have handles as it make sit easy to grip and use. They are stretchy with a lot of elasticity in them and made well to last for some time. I got it for me, but it could easily be used by a man as well. It's a good value for the price and will help get my body in a better shape.
