Covid-19 Updates
Our online store is operating as per usual with orders shipping within 1-2 business days world wide via EXPRESS post. We have heightened our hygiene & sanitary practices, which are also being upheld by our logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely. The World Health Organisation has stated there is a low likelihood of the virus living on packages, so online shopping remains safe.

How long will my order take to ship?
In stock: In stock pieces will be processed & shipped within 1-3 business days
Pre-order: Please refer to the individual product page for the delivery time frame.
Australian orders are shipped express via Australia Post & international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please click here for expected international delivery times.
What is Rhinosport's return policy?
If you change your mind about your piece Rhinosport will happily offer a gift card to the full amount including shipping cost Rhinosport has already paid, or refund less shipping costs, within the first 14 days of receiving your piece. To organise a return, please email our customer care team at info@Rhinosportjewels.com to obtain a return authorisation number. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received. How will my order be packaged?
To lessen our carbon footprint & work towards making Rhinosport as sustainable as possible, when multiple pieces are purchased, each piece will be packaged appropriately in one box to ensure safe travels (along with a few other goodies we gift to you). Please let us know in the notes section at checkout if you do require more boxes.
Where are Rhinosport products made?
Our products are made by Fabienne Rhinosport's careful studio as well as by our global team of craftsmen in United States, China, India & Indonesia. Our leading manufacturer is a small, family owned business with female-led teams & whom value responsible working practices for their artisans. Every piece of Rhinosport is carved, cut, filed, & polished.
Does Rhinosport have a warranty?
Yes we do, all of our pieces come with an 12 month manufacturing warranty, this does not include personal wear & tear.
The item I want is out of stock?
If the item you are wanting is our of stock, please click the 'email when in stock' button to be notifed when it is due to arrive back in stock. Or email info@rhinosport.com to see when it is due to be back in stock.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do offer gift wrapping, & it's free! All you need to do is leave the note "please gift wrap" in the notes section upon checking out.
Please note: We try to keep our carbon footprint as minimal as possible, so we do not use wrapping paper. Instead we tie beautiful ribbon around our branded box, add in some little goodies, & can add a handwritten note if requested.
